Web platforms built to grow.

Marketplaces, portals, SaaS products and internal tools — with accounts, roles, payments, search and integrations. From architecture and database to interface, deployment and monitoring.

A custom web platform is a browser-based application built around how your business actually works: users with roles, data, payments and integrations with the systems you already use.

Details

Bitnoda designs and builds these platforms end to end for companies in Romania, the Republic of Moldova and the European Union.

Who it’s for

  • Your processes have outgrown spreadsheets and need a platform of their own, with clear roles and rules.
  • You’re building a marketplace, portal or SaaS product and need an architecture that keeps up with your users.
  • You need online payments (Stripe, maib or Netopia), customer accounts and an admin panel.
  • You want your existing systems — APIs, CRM, file storage, notifications — connected in one place.
  • You have an old, slow or hard-to-maintain platform and want to rebuild it on a modern foundation.
  • You want fast search across your data, from simple filters to AI-powered semantic search.

What you get

  • A fast web app that works as well on a phone as on a desktop
  • An admin panel with roles and permissions
  • A documented API, ready for integrations or a mobile app
  • A database designed around your data, with automated backups
  • Infrastructure in Docker containers, automated deployment and monitoring
  • Full access to the code, technical documentation and a proper handover
  • Technical SEO for the public pages

How we work

  1. Discovery

We map out users, roles, workflows and integrations, agree on what goes into the first version, and you get an estimate broken down by stage.

  2. Architecture & design

We pick the right stack, model the data and turn the workflows into screens you can click through before a single line of code is written.

  3. Iterative development

We build in short iterations on a staging environment you can always see up to date, and adjust priorities together as we go.

  4. Launch & maintenance

We set up the servers, domain, monitoring and backups, launch, then stay close for updates and new features.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a custom web platform cost?

It depends on the number of roles, workflows and integrations. The contact form lets you pick a range — under €3,000, €3,000–5,000, €5,000–10,000, €10,000–25,000 or over €25,000 — and platforms with many integrations naturally sit toward the top end. After the discovery call you get a detailed estimate, broken down by stage.

How long does it take to build a web platform?

A complex platform usually takes a few months, and a first version with the core features can be ready sooner. We set a realistic timeline after discovery, once we know exactly what goes into the first version. Along the way, you follow progress on a staging environment.

What technologies do you use for web platforms?

We choose per project: usually Vue and Nuxt with TypeScript on the frontend, FastAPI, Laravel or Node on the backend, and PostgreSQL, MySQL or Redis for data. Everything runs in Docker containers, on your own servers or in the cloud. The test is what will still be easy to maintain in a few years, not what’s trending.

Who owns the platform’s code?

You do. The code written for your project, the database and the infrastructure accounts are yours, and we agree on that clearly before work starts. You have access to the code throughout development and get the documentation anyone would need to carry the project forward.

Do you work with companies in Romania and the Republic of Moldova?

Yes. We work remotely with clients in Romania, the Republic of Moldova and the rest of the European Union. We know the local payment providers — maib in Moldova, Netopia in Romania — and use Stripe for international payments.

Do you offer maintenance after launch?

Yes. We can take over monitoring, security updates, backups and new features, at a pace we agree on together. If you’d rather your own team takes it from there, we hand over the code and documentation.
