Services · Dedicated team

Your development team, without the middlemen.

Got a product that needs building or pushing forward? Bitnoda’s founder leads the technical side, collaborating developers join when the project calls for it, and you always talk to the same person.

A dedicated development team is a group of developers who work on your product as an extension of your company, rather than a vendor delivering one-off projects.

Details

At Bitnoda, the team is led by founder Ion Rusu, who makes the technical decisions and writes code, and grows with collaborating developers as the project needs.

Who it’s for

  • Your digital product is growing and you need people to push it forward without hiring a full in-house team.
  • You already have a team, but you’re missing experience in one area: backend, infrastructure, 3D or AI.
  • You’re a startup looking for a technical partner who thinks about architecture, not just someone who closes tickets.
  • You’ve inherited a codebase nobody maintains anymore and need someone to take it over and stabilize it.
  • You want a single point of contact for everything technical, from code to servers.

What you get

  • A hands-on technical lead: architecture, code and technical decisions
  • Collaborating developers brought in as the project needs them
  • A single point of contact, no account managers
  • Work in your repository and on your infrastructure, with full access for you
  • Code review, tests and documentation as part of every iteration
  • Short, regular updates on what shipped and what’s next
  • CI/CD, monitoring and DevOps practices your own team can take over

How we work

  1. Intro call

We get to know the product, the existing code (if there is any), your team and your priorities, and agree on what kind of help you need and at what pace.

  2. Audit & plan

We review the architecture, infrastructure and technical debt. You get a concrete plan: what we tackle first, who works on it and how we report.

  3. Joining your team

We work in your tools — repository, board, chat — or set them up if they don’t exist yet. We ship in short iterations, with a review on every change.

  4. Continuous delivery

We stay on the product for as long as you need: new features, performance, infrastructure. Collaborators join or step back as the project moves through its stages.

Frequently asked questions

How is the team put together?

The team forms around your project. Ion Rusu, Bitnoda’s founder, leads the technical side and writes code, and collaborating developers from his network join when the workload or a specialty calls for it. However many people are involved, you deal with one person.

How is this different from classic outsourcing or an agency?

You talk directly to the person who writes the code and makes the technical calls, not to an account manager. The team works in your tools, and the code and infrastructure stay yours. The goal is a product anyone can carry forward at any time — including your own in-house team.

How much does a dedicated team cost?

It depends on how long we work together and how many developers are involved. For a well-defined stage we start from one of the ranges in the contact form — under €3,000, €3,000–5,000, €5,000–10,000, €10,000–25,000 or over €25,000 — and for longer collaborations we agree on a format that fits your pace.

Can you take over a project someone else started?

Yes. We start with an audit of the code and infrastructure, so we know what we’re taking on and where the risks are. Then we stabilize what’s urgent and keep building to a shared plan, for as long as you need.

Who owns the code the team writes?

You do. We work in your repository, or in one we transfer to you, and the code, data and infrastructure accounts belong to you. If you decide to continue with an in-house team, the handover is simple: documentation, access and context.

Do you work with companies in Romania, Moldova and the rest of Europe?

Yes. We work remotely with companies in Romania and the Republic of Moldova, in Eastern Europe, and across the rest of the European Union. We plug into the tools you already use, from GitHub to your task board and team chat.
